Under external control, this input switches over
between heating and cooling mode.

Email transmission on alarm

From program version 96, revision 92, when an alarm
occurs an email can be sent to a previously specified
email address, specifying the number of alarms and
including the most recent log file as an attachment.
The log file contains data with which the reason for the
alarm can be analysed.
The log file is saved in CSV format and can be pro-
cessed in Excel.
When the function is active, an email is always sent as
soon as a new fault is registered. Similarly, when the
faults are acknowledged and the number of alarms
reset to 0, an email is sent to show that the heat pump
is ready for operation again.

Programming unit

The programming unit is an independent system with
its own system menu. It has already been configured
at the factory. Among other things, data relating to the
display of foreign languages is stored.

Both inputs are binary coded so that four different
states can be covered.
The following table shows the four states and what
inputs are required to achieve them.

In other circumstances it is used to choose between
the heating and cooling set value.
Conditions for sending email
The heat pump must be connected via Ethernet to a
network with internet access.
On the "Communication Ethernet" page, the
address of the internet gateway (router) must be
specified.
On the "Settings alarm email" page, a valid email
account for sending emails and a valid recipient
address must be entered.
!
Please note
If settings in the programming unit menu are
changed or particular functions selected, this
can cause failure or malfunctions. Important
data can be lost.
Do not change any of the settings! If the menu is
called up accidentally, it should be closed again
using the blue arrow (top left of the screen).
