Configuration system
Buttons:
"SW" (set value)
The value for the coolant buffer cylinder and cool-
ing circuits is set to a fixed value.
The set values are adjusted on the "Cold water
set val." pages and in the heating circuits. The
"Set val." and "Curve" buttons can be found here.
"Vitotronic SPS" operating instructions
If "Direct" has been selected, the "Set val.
direct" button appears in the centre of the system
overview.
"OT" (outside temperature)
The coolant buffer cylinder and the cooling circuits
are brought to a temperature calculated from the
outside temperature and the adjustable cooling
curves.
The heating curves can be adjusted in the detailed
system view of individual heating circuits under
"Curve".
After you have logged in with the service/expert
password, "Curve" appears under "Heating circ
x".
For "Setting curves", see the "Vitotronic
SPS" operating instructions
"Ext. 0-10 V" (external output signal)
The set value for the coolant buffer cylinder and
cooling circuits is specified by an external analogue
signal (0 V = -10 °C, 10 V = 73 °C. The range is
restricted by the rest of the configuration).
(cont.)
"Direct"
No separate cooling circuits, no coolant buffer cylin-
der
"Cylinder"
Cooling circuits with coolant buffer cylinder, active
cooling and natural cooling
"Natural cooling"
Natural cooling only, without "Cylinder"
Note
If "Cylinder" is selected, then natural cooling is
automatically also available. The system switches to
natural cooling if the primary source temperature
permits.
"Cooling circ 1-3"
Here you can set the number of installed cooling
circuits.
Installed cooling circuits appear in the system illus-
tration.
"Ctrlld"
A mixer must be installed for every regulated cool-
ing circuit
The cooling circuit has its own cooling curve or its
own set value
If a cooling circuit can also provide heating, a
choice between control for cooling or heating is
offered; it is not possible to select both.
