Function Description
Connect the power, press START key, the treadmill start
running.
When the treadmill is running, press STOP/PAUSE to pause
status, press it again, the treadmill turn to stop status. After
pause, press Start key, the treadmill will be restored to its
running state before pause.
Press this key to confirm setting.
In standby state, press this key for manual program setting.
It is a safety device to prevent slipping or force stop in
emergency. When using the treadmill, you need to insert the
safety key (after inserting the safety key, the emergency stop
button will automatically reset and pop up), Treadmill will be
stopped when press the emergency stop button or pull out the
safety key.
When the treadmill running, press them to adjust speed, long
press will adjust quickly; you also can press this key to
increase or reduce value in the direct select exercise
program.
Build-in 3-6-9 three speed direct shortcut keys. (It is effective
when the treadmill running).
When the treadmill running, press them to adjust incline, long
press will adjust quickly, you also can press this key to
increase or reduce value in the direct select exercise program.
Build-in 4-8-12 three incline direct shortcut keys.
Press it to enter built-in program state.
