5.Assembly of left/right foot cover
5.1Tighten all the bolts.
5.2 Fold up the base frame,remove the adhesive tape from the Left foot cover 2 (40), install the cover 2 inside of
the Base support (3), then integrate the Left foot cover 1(39) with the cover 2(40) by using one piece of Cross pan
head self-lock bolt ST2.9×12(A24) inside to tighten.
5.3 Remove the adhesive tape from the Right foot cover 2(42), install the cover 2(41) by inside of the Base support
(3), then integrate the Right foot cover 1(41) with the cover 2(42) by using one piece of Cross pan head self-lock
bolt ST2.9×12(A24) inside to tighten.
5.4After unfolding treadmill to flat, tighten the left and right covers by
using four pieces of Cross pan head self-lock bolt ST2.9×12(A24) in the
front-end (As Figure 6 shown).

Warning: The incline must be return to zero and the power should be cut off before folding!
1.Folding: The treadmill is foldaway. Lift the end of the main frame and upwards to the folding position of cylinder, the
link position should be buckled into the bayonet when folding (As Figure A-1).
2.Moving: Hold the end the frame with both hands, put one foot on a foot wheel, pull the frame back forcefully,
resulting in the front end suspended, then you can move the treadmill forward and backward.
3.Unfolding: Lift then end the the main frame to make the upper pole of cylinder higher than the bayonet surface; (As
Figure A-1 shown), then put your toes to push the pole lightly, and pull down the frame to make the pole go over the
bayonet position at the same time; (As Figure A-2 shown) Free your foot from the pole, but continue to press the
frame slowly, then free your hand when the frame move down for a while, the cylinder contracts slowly under the
action of gravity of the treadmill itself, and finally the frame goes to be flat. (As Figure B shown).
