Set up a Polling Port for Both NetGuardians in T/Mon

NOTE: In the example below, the same polling port has been used for both
NetGuardians. However, if you are setting more than 2 NetGuardians over serial
connection, it is recommended that the NetGuardians have their own polling port
to ensure timely polling.
o From the Master Menu, Select "Parameters"
o Select "Remote Ports"
o Press 'E' for 'Edit'
o Press 'Tab' to select DCP(F) interrogator
o Input the settings shown below:
o Press F6 to reach the Data Connection screen.
o Press F1 to reach the Ethernet TCP Port Definition screen.
o Enter a TCP port (do not use 2002). These settings must match your NetGuardian
settings.
In this example (shown on the next page) the polling type will be UDP
using port 2001.
o Press enter so that your cursor is on the beginning of the next line and hit F8 to
save.
