MANUAL CALIBRATION – DUAL ANGLE GAUGE
Both measurement geometries need to be calibrated before use.
1. First calibrate for the 60° angle by following the procedure "Manual calibration mode - 60° angle " on
page 20.
Now calibrate for the 20° angle:

3. Repeat the calibration procedure "Manual calibration mode - 60° angle " on page 20 for the 20° angle.
Once this procedure is completed the gauge is ready for use.
6.5 CHECKING THE CALIBRATION VALUE
To check the calibration value stored in the Glossmeter, place the gauge on the tile and take a reading by
pressing the READ/SELECT key.
Compare the reading with the assigned value of the tile. If the value matches the value printed on the tile
case the gauge is within calibration limits and is ready for use.
