Hardware Requirements

The following steps will guide you through the installation of your HIB25-x8 Host and Target card.
2.1 Hardware & System Requirements

Computer / Server motherboard with x16 Gen3 PCIe slot.

Two Cable Adapter cards: OSS Host Card (x16 Gen 3) and OSS Target Card (x16 Gen3).
NOTE: The HIB card works in pair (one as host card and other as target card)

One x16 iPass cable

Standard ATX Power Supply
2.1.1 PCIe Slot & Motherboard Requirement
Use a computer motherboard with a Gen3 x16 PCIe slot. .
