If there is a fault on the RFID reader, the following message is shown on the display.

If the display is dark, determine the fault using the table.

Display remains black

Cause
RFID reader not (properly) connected.
RFID reader defective
Cause
The LVDS or HDMI cable is not con-
nected correctly.
The computer is off or without power.
The display is overheated due to direct
sunlight.
The content/GUI is not installed proper-
ly.
Solution
Check whether the RFID reader is correctly con-
nected to the RFID board (VEN_ADA0).
Replace the RFID reader.
Solution
Connect the cable properly.
Switch the PC on.
Check the power supply.
Switch the charging station off and on again.
Check the installation.
