7.9.2 Settings in the operating system (Windows 10)

In Device Manager under Network adapters, open the properties dialogue box of the Ethernet controller
for the LAN connector being used (the example here is for LAN1):
Make the following settings on the "Advanced" tab:
1. Enable "PME" ("Power Management Events"):
2. Enable "Magic Packet":
