The reference frequency of inverter can be adjusted by UP command and DOWN
command.These three functions are used to modify the reference frequency through
external terminals. UP is the increasing command, DOWN is the decreasing command,
and the Clear UP/DOWN is used to restore to the reference frequency given by the
frequency command channel.
13,14,15,16:Multi-steps terminal 1ÿ^4
16 steps speed control can be realized by the combination of these four terminals.
Note:Multi-steps terminal 1 is the low,Multi-steps terminal 4 is the high.

4 groups of ACC/DEC time can be selected by the combination of these two
terminals.
