Feedback lost detecting value:the values of relative is full scale(100%),The system has
been testing the PID feedback quantity.When the feedback value is less than the
feedback break line readings,the system will start recording time.When the test time is
beyond feedback bolt testing time,the system will alarm feedback lost failure (PIDE).
