threads.
Apply anti-seize to threads.
Torque to 60 +/-5 ft-lb (81.3 +/- 6.7 N•m)
with the pot pressurized.

Apply anaerobic sealant to threads.
The handway gasket must be assembled
centered and flat on the handway cover.
