If the lens on your Reolink E1 Pro camera will not rotate up to remove the SD card, it may be obstructed by the SD card itself. Try the following steps:

1. Check for Obstructions – Ensure that nothing is physically blocking the lens from rotating upward.
2. Restart the Camera – Power off the camera and turn it back on to see if the issue resolves itself.
3. Manually Adjust – Gently try to move the lens upward if it is stuck, but avoid applying excessive force.
4. Reset the Camera – If the issue persists, perform a factory reset to restore default settings.
5. Contact Support – If none of the above steps work, consider reaching out to Reolink support for further assistance.

These steps may help free the lens and allow access to the SD card.
