Section 5: TROUBLESHOOTING

In the following trouble shooting section, we have listed many of the problems, causes and solutions to
the problems which you may encounter.
If you encounter a problem that is difficult to solve, even after having read through this trouble shooting
section, please contact your authorized dealer, distributor or the factory. Before you call, please have
this Operator's Manual and the serial number from your machine ready.
Problem
Possible Cause
Engine will not start
No fuel
Low engine oil
Cold engine
Ignition key switch off
Battery dead
Engine problem
Conveyor will not start
Not rotating
Drive pulley connection or conveyor coupling
Drive belt slipping
No hydraulic oil in reservoir
Electrical or hydraulic are not working properly
RC handset transmitter power is OFF
Control panel power is OFF
Battery cable or battery
Error in the control system
Improper ground
Hydraulic valve or motor
Intermittent function

Possible Solution
Fill the fuel tank
Fill the crankcase with oil
Open choke
Turn ignition key switch on
Recharge or replace battery
Refer to engine manual
Start engine and increase speed above 1400 RPM
Repair or replace
Increase belt tension
Check oil level
Turn power ON
Turn power ON
Check battery cable and make sure battery is fully
charged
Check LED Error Code light
Check for proper grounding electrical circuit
Ensure hydraulic pump is working properly and
hydraulic tank is filled with oil
Check receiver antenna for damage and proper
connection. Loose connector at the valve coil
