3. BIOS Setup Utility
This screen allows you to configure the devices installed in your system. You must
set up the IRQ assignments correctly, otherwise the system will not work properly.
Rest Configuration Data
Normally, you leave this field Disabled. Select Enabled to reset Extended System
Configuration Data (ESCD) when you exit setup if you have installed a new add-on
and the system reconfiguration has caused such a serious conflict that the operat-
ing system cannot boot. The available options for Rest Configuration Data are :
[Disabled] [Enabled].
Resources Controlled By
The Plug and Play EliteBIOS can automatically configure all the boot and Plug and
Play compatible devices. If you select Auto, all the interrupt request (IRQ) and DMA
assignment fields disappear, because the BIOS automatically assigns them. The
availaable options for Resource Controlled By are : [Auto (ESCD)] [Manual].
IRQ Resources
When resources are controlled manually, assign each system interrupt a type, de-
pending on the type of device using the interrupt.

PC Health Status

Selection "PC Health Status" on the main program screen display this menu
