Issue 6 of this document incorporates the following changes:
• Updated Chapter 2, PI-MTE System Overview as follows:
Updated part numbers for Vacuum Compatible Flexible Tubing
and VCR fittings for ConFlat flange;
Removed accessories that are no longer supported;
• Rebranded as Teledyne Princeton Instruments;
• Updated document to FrameMaker template.
Issue 5 of this document incorporates the following changes:
• Updated the Declaration of Conformity.
Issue 4 of this document incorporates the following changes:
• Removed information about heat transfer by means of conduction
with the outside case or external surface. The only acceptable means
of heat removal is by the use of flowing coolant.
• Updated OS Specs;
