Assignment of FL911 Management Blocks

The management blocks of the FL911 are assigned to the following blocks on the
TC-net I/O loop.
96＋(TC-net I/O loop address of the SA911/SA912 to which the FL911 is
installed -3)×16＋TC-net I/O bus address at which the FL911 is installed
 HW healthy information
It is counter (32-bit) information indicating that the hardware is running.

TC-net I/O bus address at which the FL911 is installed: 2
96＋(5-3)×16＋2＝130 blocks
In this example, the management blocks of the FL911 are assigned to 130
