 Use a generous amount of Super O'Lube
on the inside of the rim.
 For the best braking results you want to use
Super O'Lube on the brake O-ring as well.
 If you want to remove the O-ring from the
brake hub, use a popsicle stick that has
been sanded down on one side to help
remove the O-ring from the hub.
NOTE: DO NOT USE ANYTHING METAL
THAT MAY SCRATCH THE INSIDE OF THE
HUB.
