Theory of Operation

5.1

Overview

The 69225, 69212 consists of 4 channels, D board, I board, L board, T board and auxiliary
power. Each channel is composed of 2 pieces of PCBs; they are P and A board. Each of the
PCB has its specific function that will be described in the next section.
5.2

Description of Overall System

69225/69212 series is composed of several parts in the following.
D Board:
It is for inputting DC 420V and separated by Relay for protection used
I Board:
Interface board, it is for communicating with 69200-1.
L Board:
LED board, it is for displaying instrument status via LED.
Auxiliary power:
It provides used IC power on circuit.
P Board:
Power board, it provides main power board for charging/discharging battery.
A Board:
Digital board, it provides power control and circuit measurement digital signal control.
T Board:
Temperature sensor board, it measures battery temperature via I2C communication
interface.
