8.6. DDNS

The "DDNS Setting" menu is shown on the Picture 8.6.
This menu is used for setting door station connection using a DDNS service. This service
allows you to provide access to the door station from Internet even if you have only a dynamic IP
address.
Every time as your current IP address is changed, it is automatically compared with the
specific domain name which can be used for access to the door station from Internet in any time.
Enable: turn on / off the DDNS option.
Service Provider: choose the DDNS provider from the list.
UserName: enter the user name which you receive on DDNS provider's site after registration.
Password: enter the password which you receive on DDNS provider's site after registration.
Domain: enter the domain name which you receive on DDNS provider's site after registration.
Server URL: enter the web address of the DDNS provider.
Server Port: enter the port used for the DDNS option. By default – 30000 (it is not
recommended to change this parameter).
Data port.: enter the data port used for port mapping.
HTTP port.: enter the HTTP port used for port mapping.
Update Interval: choose the time interval which will be used by the device to initiate IP
address update on the DDNS server after IP address change.
Press the [Save] button to apply new settings.
