8.5. FTP
The "FTP Setting" menu is shown on the Picture 8.5.
This menu allows you to set parameters of the FTP client for using the option of sending of
video records and image snapshots to the FTP server. In case of the main server is not available, the
sub server is used instead.
Server URL: enter the IP address of the FTP server.
Server Port: enter the port of the server. By default – 21.
FTP Catalog: specify the folder for recorded files on the FTP server. If the folder is not
specified or the specified folder does not exist, it will be created in the root server folder automatically.
UserName / Password: enter user name and password to get access to the server.
Start Port / End Port: specify the range of the ports for getting access to the server.
NOTE!
Before setting, make sure that you have enough rights to record files to the FTP server you are going to
use.
Press the [Save] button to apply new settings.
