8.2. LAN

The "LAN Setting" menu is shown on the Picture 8.2.
Enable IPV6: this option allows you to use the 128-bit IP addresses for door station
connection.
Enable DHCP: enable this option to receive main network parameters from a DHCP server
automatically (the DHCP server must be set up in your local network).
IP Version (available if the IPV6 option is enabled): choose "IPV6" to use the 128-bit IP
addresses.
IP Address: if the DHCP option is disabled, enter an IP address in this field manually.
Subnet Mask: the default value is 255.255.255.0 (it is not recommended to change this
parameter without necessity).
Gateway: set the gateway address.
Main DNS: set the preferable DNS address.
Sub DNS: set the alternative DNS address.
MAC: door station MAC address (it is not recommended to change this parameter).
NOTE!
When assigning an IP address to the door station, you need remember that IP addresses must not be
repeated in the network. Applying new settings in the "LAN Setting" menu require a reboot procedure.
ATTENTION!
The door station is rebooted automatically as LAN settings are changed.
Press the [Save] button to apply new settings.
