The unit has a built-in filter alarm timer (every six months as standard). The timer period for

the filter alarm can be changed via the remote control or PC Tool, or it can be reset via the
inspection
alarm button
(6 months - 1 year)
When the timer expires, a filter alarm is triggered. A buzzer will sound and the LED "!" will light
up orange. (If the LED lights up RED, please see Troubleshooting on page 44.)
A short beep will sound, indicating that the filter alarm has been reset correctly.

Release the three screws from
the front at the bottom of the
unit and remove the front cover.
Resets the filter alarm when the alarm is triggered.
Press for 5
sec.
Resets the filter timer without the timer having expired.
Remove the filters and inspect them after
the filter alarm has been triggered.
Even if only one filter is clogged, we recom-
mend replacing both filters to avoid imbal-
ance in the airflow through the unit.
NOTE: Replace the filters at least once a year,
regardless of whether they are clogged or an
alarm has been triggered.
Make sure that the filters are inserted the
right way. The arrows on the filter must point
in the direction shown here.
When the filters have been replaced, the
filter alarm must be reset by pressing the
alarm button for 5 seconds.
A short beep will sound, indicating that the
filter alarm has been reset correctly.
