USAGE
y This device is used to maintain the temperature hot and cold. It cannot be used for refrigeration or cooking.
Food must be placed into the cart at a temperature between 0°C and 3°C for use a cold link or greater than 65°C for use as a hot
link.
y Functions common to the maintaining at temperature and retherm models :
On the model with sneeze-guard, the preparation surface can either have :
- A neutral top.
- A neutral top with an heating lamp (2x4 model).
- A neutral top with two heating lamps (2x8 model).
- A top with a hot plate and an heating lamp.
- A top with two note plates and two heating lamps (2x8 model).
On the model without sneeze-guard, the preparation surface can either have :
- A neutral top.
- A top with a hot plate.
- A top with two hot plates (2x8 model).
