FUNCTION
y This apparatus is used for hot and cold temperature hold and reheating. It cannot be used for refrigeration or cooking.
y Food must be inserted in the trolley at a lower temperature comprised between 0 °C and 3 °C when used for cold meal
transfer or exceeding 63 °C when used for hot meal transfer.

FITTING-OUT
y Terminal setting-up :
The terminal will preferably be set up against a wall and on a plane and level ground. The orifices du fan and of the refrige-
rated unit, located at the rear, must not be obstructed. A clear passage of 50mm is required around the left and rear sides.
