Cause
The O sensor was not cor-

rectly calibrated.
O sensor capsule replaced

and/or the O sensor not cali-

Sensor cable faulty.
More than 18 hours have
passed since the last O
sor calibration.
Cause
Inspiratory O concentration

is below the lower alarm limit.
Incorrect setting of the switch
on the external fresh-gas out-
let.
Insufficient fresh-gas supply
in all ventilation modes.
Hose blocked/kinked.
Leakage in the breathing sys-
tem.
Hose not connected to the
breathing system.
Incorrect setting of the switch
on the external fresh-gas out-
let.
Troubleshooting
Remedy
Perform the procedure for
calibration of the O
(see chapter on calibrating
