10.0 MAINTENANCE
• Check for frayed or bare cables.
The oven must not be used if frayed or bare cables are visible.
• Follow cleaning instructions meticulously.
• There is no special maintenance required.

If it is noticed that the steaming operation has deteriorated, perhaps due to hard water
