◉ ◉ GEAR POSITION SWITCH
● Install the springs ① , contacts ②

● Install the gear position switch and tighten the
bolts to the specified torque.

● Install the cam chain ④
● Tighten the cam chain tensioner mounting bolt ⑤
to the specified torque.

● Install the starter idle shaft ⑥

◉ ◉ STARTER CLUTCH AND MAG-
NETO ROTOR
● Remove the grease from the tapered portion of
the crankshaft and the magneto rotor.
● Install the starter driven gear ⑧
● Tighten the magneto rotor nut to the specified
torque using the special tool.

Conrod holder : 09910-20115
and new O-ring
: 6.5 N∙ ∙ m (0.65 kgf∙ ∙ m)
onto the sprocket.
: 10 N∙ ∙ m (1.0 kgf∙ ∙ m)
and starter idle gear
and key ⑨ .
: 120 N∙ ∙ m (12.0 kgf∙ ∙ m)
