保固原則說明

4.2 Continuous Measurement Settings

群燿科技保證PG100N系列產品在保固期間內，若出現材料或功

■ 客戶在獲得維修單號後則需於三十日內將產品送回原廠，其中
遇國際客戶則請允許提供在物流時間上的彈性增加產品回貨返
回的時間。
備註：產品返回原廠時必須是包裝完整，除到貨後發現的缺件情況外，不得
有任何缺件或外表刮痕產生，若有此情況，原廠有權保留新品換貨的最終裁

2. 維修服務：
■ 產品已超過七日的新品換貨期，所發生功能不良或瑕疵情況，
屬一般RMA流程方式。當有產品需要返回原廠進行維修時，請
先以郵件、傳真或是電話的方式先行向所屬業務服務人員申請
維修單號成立後，再隨同產品一併寄回原廠進行維修服務。

■ 產品在原廠收到後會先經由公司內部工程人員進行基礎檢測，
並確認產品不良原因，於保固期限內屬產品本身功能問題則可
依照一般維修流程處理，但若經工程人員檢測判斷後非屬產品
本身功能問題，而屬人為損壞者則不適用此條例。

造成之產品不良或損壞概不負責。建議您在送修前，先將產品

■ 合格代理商或經銷商可代收代送PG100N系列產品主機的基礎檢
測，以確認機器是否需返回原廠作進一步的校正服務。

■ 消費者基礎檢測服務的收費需依群燿科技公告為準。
其他注意事項
由於產品的所有原物料及配件並非全由群燿科技生產製造，保固
期內若遇該原物料及配件停產時，群燿科技將以同等級「替代品
」更換並完成維修。
送修方式
以下兩種方式消費者可選擇任一種，將產品送回原廠作RMA維修
服務：
■ 透過全球群燿科技之代理商或經銷商代收代送回原廠作維修保
固。
