The taps (M5) for maintenance are provided on the input gear. Secure the
input gear, using them and remove the bolt (M6 × 8) at the shaft end.

Draw the input gear and key upward. When they cannot be drawn out easily,
screw the bolts into the maintenance taps, then draw out the input gear.
Remove the four (4) bolts (M4 × 16) securing the motor.

Disengage the motor from the gear case. As the motor set surface is applied
with liquid gasket, the motor may be hard to disconnect. Disconnect the motor
while taking careful precautions not to exert an excessive impact on it.
