CAUTION
Ensure that the components are allowed to dry sufficiently after
each processing step. Condensation or residual wetness can
present an increased risk of bacterial growth.
The following text describes the methods validated by PARI,
with which plastic PARI parts can be processed effectively.
When processing for re­use, follow the instructions in the leaf­
let "Hygienic re­use in the professional environment" (Doc. no.
041D0498), available on the internet at www.pari.de.

5.2 Processing limits

The nebuliser can be sterilised up to 300 times and used for up
to one year.
Do not expose the nebuliser or accessories used to a temper­
ature above 137 °C.
The connection tubing can be processed for re­use about 50
times.

5.3 Preparation

• Detach the tubing from the nebuliser.
• Dismantle the nebuliser into its individual parts.
• Carefully pull the expiratory
valve out of the slot in the
mouthpiece.
The valve must still be at­
tached to the mouthpiece.
