The damaged teeth have to be removed from their seat:
With a screwdriver, widen the teeth that block the tooth in the holder.
Remove the damaged tooth in the indicated direction (Picture H).
Insert the new tooth into the seat until the retaining teeth come out (Picture H).

The damaged teeth have to be removed from their seat:
With a plastic hammer act on the front part of the teeth.
Remove the damaged tooth in the indicated direction (Picture F).
Insert the new tooth into the seat until the retaining teeth come out (Picture F).

7 DISMANTLING THE MACHINE WHEN NO LONGER USED

7.1

Disposal of exhaust materials

After having been installed and during use, the machine does not cause any environmental pollution.
However, throughout its working life, some types of residual waste or exhaust materials (such as filters,
oil, etc.) are being produced in certain maintenance situations.
There are specific regulations in every Country as for the disposal of these materials and the environment
protection.
The Customer is required to be knowledgeable in the Laws in force in his own Country and to operate only
while complying with these regulations, according to the indications in the product technical charts, which
may be obtained from the Manufacturer.

The Laws in force about the disposal of mineral oils must be followed.

More information about the disposal of oils and other substances can be found in the safety chart of the
substances and/or in the engine manual.
The steps employed in the disposal of toxic waste including the collecting, transporting, processing
(transformation for recycling), as well as the deposit and the dumping onto the ground are all usual
activities of common interest and are subjected to the following general principles:
a)
Any risks of injuries or dangers for the health and safety of any individual and of the
community have to be avoided.
b)
Compliance with any nd all hygienic-sanitary requirement and avoidance of any air, water,
ground and underground pollution have to be guaranteed.

7.2

Indications for special waste

Special waste is that deriving from industrial processes as well as from materials of dismantled equipment
and deteriorated and obsolete machineries.
The special (also toxic and harmful) waste producers shall provide for its disposal directly or through
qualified, authorised companies or bodies, or shall deliver them to public service after having made an
agreement.
When disposing of special waste, check with the relevant local government authority for any available
information regarding such waste disposal in your region.

Any unauthorised disposal by the owner of a product is followed by the application of the sanctions due
to the regulations in force.
WARNING!
If there is no symbol of the crossed dustbin on the machine, it means that its Manufacturer is not in charge
of its disposal. In this case the regulations in force about the waste disposal are the valid ones.
