Use

Wear goggles or a visor, safety shoes and anti-vibration gloves and a noise-abatement headset (Picture E).
Set the compressor to a pressure of 6 bar (600 kPa).
The working position must be stable and safe.
Use the tool just for the aims indicated in "Product Description". Any other kind of use may cause injuries.
Always check that the safety devices are perfectly efficient.
Always hold the tool with both hands and keep a stable and safe working position.
The operator will become very tired using the tool for long periods. For this reason it is recommended that the
operators swap shifts regularly and each person uses the tool each day only for a short time.

Maintenance

WARNING!
Before performing any maintenance operations or adjustments on the mechanical parts of the equipment,
put on heavy-duty work shoes, protective gloves and goggles.
Routine maintenance and repairs can be carried out only by an operator with the necessary physical and
intellectual qualifications.
Special maintenance and repairs can be carried out only by a qualified mechanic.
Before any maintenance or adjustment operations, disconnect the tool from its power source.
Keep bystanders away when servicing or repairing the machine.
Only qualified mechanics are authorised to inactivate the safety devices provided on the machine when
maintenance is to be performed. It is their responsibility to safeguard the operators and the machine. The safety
devices should be activated as soon as maintenance work has been completed.
All maintenance procedures not dealt with in this manual are to be performed at CAMPAGNOLA Authorised
Service Points.
When maintenance or repairs have been completed, the machine can be started again only if duly authorised by
the qualified mechanic. The service mechanic must make sure:

work has been completed;
-
the machine runs in a trouble-free manner;
-
the safety devices are activated;
-
no one is working on the machine.

The tool is a pneumatic harvester for olives and coffee beans.
The vibration of the rakes is transmitted to the tree branches, detaching its products.
The tool is mounted on an ergonomic extension pole with or without handle, available in different lengths, that
allows it to be conveniently used from the ground.

Recommended use

The tool has been designed and manufactured to harvest olives and coffee beans as described above.
ATTENZIONE!
Any other use has to be considered improper and potentially dangerous for the operators' safety. This
would then make any warranty claim void.
If it is not used for the purposes it was manufactured for, the tool may get damaged and cause serious
injuries to personnel and bystanders and damages to things.
