8. If your vehicle has aluminum wheels,
each wheel has one wheel locknut in
place of a standard wheel nut. A
special wheel lock key (removal tool)
and instructions are stored in your
glove box. Attach the wheel lock key
to the socket of the folding wrench.
Remove the locking wheel nut by
turning counter-clockwise.
If your vehicle has the plastic
"bolt-on" wheel covers, you will not
have a locking wheel nut.
9. Loosen the wheel nuts-but do not
remove them-using the folding
wrench.
10.
Attach the folding wrench to the
jack, and rotate the wrench
clockwise to raise the jack head a
few inches.
