Sensor Installation
Ethernet cable connector
Optional
Analog 4-20 mA input connector
The analog sensors must be capable of driving a 250 ohm grounded load. All grounds
are common to the IsoAir 310P particle sensor's internal analog ground.
The sensor and Facility Net make no assumptions about scale and offset of the 4-20
mA signals. Data is sent to Facility Net as raw 4-20 mA values. See Configuring Analog
Input (Optional) on page 4-6 for scaling and offset correction to the desired units.

Chapter 2 Unpacking and Installation
This cable is required if the IsoAir 310P particle sensor's
output is sent to FacilityPro or Facility Net via your
Ethernet network or for OPC or Modbus
communications.
The cable should be CAT-5 rated or greater to prevent EMI
interference.
• Connect the Ethernet cable from the sensor's Ethernet
connector to your Ethernet hub.
• Use supplied ferrites (PMS Part number EL136) when
connecting the Ethernet cable to meet CE
requirements
This connector allows for three 4-20 mA analog
environmental sensors to be attached to the IsoAir 310P
particle sensor. Facility Net integrates the 4-20 mA
signals into the sensor's display.
See Figure 2-12 4-20 mA output connector on page 2-14.
The following applies when set up to mimic the status
LED. This allows for local connection of a light tower.
