8.8.1

Device Address (5.1.)

Sets the device address or poll ID on a HART network. Any address other than 0 will cause the
output current to be a fixed value, and the current will not indicate the reading.
Values
To set the address via the handheld programmer:
● Press RIGHT arrow to activate PROGRAM mode and open menu level 1.
● Press DOWN arrow repeatedly to navigate to COMMUNICATION (menu item 5).
● Press RIGHT arrow to display the parameter list.
● Scroll to DEVICE ADDRESS and press RIGHT arrow to open parameter view.
● Press RIGHT arrow to open Edit mode. Key in a new value and press RIGHT arrow to
accept it.

Communication Control (5.2.)

Note
SITRANS LR260 can only reset this parameter via the handheld programmer.
Enables /disables the read/write access to parameters via remote communications.
