USB1/2 Power-On Setting (JP1)

MK20 provides one jumper to set USB devices which connect to back-panel to
power-on system from Soft off stage.
Place jumper cap on JP1 pin 1-2 for enabling USB device (USB port 1 and USB
port 2) power-on function on back-panel.

USB3/4 Power-On Setting (JP9)

MK20 provides one jumper to set USB devices which connect to front-panel to
power-on system from Soft off stage.
Place jumper cap on JP9 for enabling or disabling USB device (USB port 3 and
USB port 4) power-on function.
