Extension connectors

Six extension connectors are implemented on the STM32U5 Nucleo-144 board:
• CN7, CN8, CN9, and CN10 as Zio connectors supporting ARDUINO
• CN11 and CN12 as ST morpho connectors

Zio connectors supporting ARDUINO
The CN7, CN8, CN9, and CN10 Zio connectors are female connectors supporting the ARDUINO
standard. Most shields designed for ARDUINO
Caution: Most of the STM32 microcontroller I/Os are 5 V‑tolerant, but few of them are only 3V3‑compatible, while

ARDUINO Uno V3 is 5 V‑compatible. Refer to the STM32U5 Series data brief and STM32U5xx product
datasheets for their I/O structure.
