Lid lock "Закрыт" indicator, pressure level indicator, and audible signals enabled/
disabled indicator (if signals are disabled) light up on the display, "Старт/
Автоподогрев" button indicator starts blinking. For added safety, the appliance
locks all control panel buttons, except "Сброс давления". Press the button to
release the pressure manually (the appliance automatically releases pressure
in 10 minutes). When pressure gets back to normal, pressure multicooker unlocks
the lid.
To Select the Program and Adjust Cooking Time
Pressure multicooker REDMOND RMC-М140 allows adjusting default cooking
time of each program:
1. Press "Меню" button to select cooking program. Display shows default
cooking time of selected program.
2. Use "Час/–" button to adjust hours and "Мин/+" button to adjust minutes.
Press and hold the button down to scroll through the digits. When maxi-
mum value is reached the adjustment starts from the minimum value.
3. Press "Отмена/Подогрев" button to cancel the settings and start adjusting
from the beginning.
Adjusting the cooking time, remember, that each program features its own
adjustment range and interval.
Cooking time of all programs in pressure cooker mode and "МАКАРОНЫ"
program (multicooker mode) starts to count down when the appliance reach-
es its required operating pressure and temperature. In other programs cooking
time starts to count down when you press "Старт/Автоподогрев" button.
To Adjust Cooking Temperature
"МУЛЬТИПОВАР", "ВЫПЕЧКА", "МАКАРОНЫ", "ЙОГУРТ/ТЕСТО" and "ЖАРКА/
ФРИТЮР" programs allow adjusting cooking temperature (including adjustment
during cooking cycle):
1. After selecting the program or during cooking cycle press "Температура
°С" button.
2. Use "Час/–" button to reduce and "Мин/+" button to increase cooking
temperature.
3. Repress "Температура °С" button to save new temperature setting (when
adjusting during cooking cycle).
To Adjust Pressure Level
Pressure multicooker REDMOND RMC-М140 allows adjusting pressure level
after selecting cooking program (pressure cooker mode). The pressure can be
adjusted between 30 and 60 kPa in 5 kPa intervals.
Use "Изменение давления" button to select pressure level required. Display
shows corresponding pressure level indicator (from 1 to 7). When maximum
value is reached, the adjustment starts from the minimum value.
Time Delay Function
The function allows programming the appliance to begin cooking cycle at
specific time. Time of delay can be adjusted between 10 minutes and 24 hours
in 10 minute intervals.
1. Select cooking program and press "Отложенный старт" button. Time Delay
adjustment mode indicator lights up, "Отложенный старт" button indica-
tor starts blinking. Use "Час/–" button to adjust hour value and "Мин/+"
button to adjust minute value. Press and hold the button down to scroll
through the digits. When maximum value is reached, the adjustment starts
from the minimum value.
2. Press "Старт/Автоподогрев" button. Time, remaining before beginning of
the program starts to count down.
3. Press "Отмена/Подогрев" button to cancel the settings and start adjusting
from the beginning.
Time Delay function is not available in "ЖАРКА/ФРИТЮР" and "МАКАРОНЫ"
programs.
Setting the time of delay, remember, that cooking time of all programs in
pressure cooker mode and "МАКАРОНЫ" ("PASTA") program (multicooker mode)

starts to count down when the appliance reaches its required operating pres-
sure and temperature.
Keep Warm Function
The function allows keeping the dish warm at 60–80°С for up to 12 hours. Keep
Warm automatically activates at the end of cooking cycle (indicated by audible
signal), "Подогрев" ("Reheat") indicator lights up, display shows Keep Warm
count up in 1 minute increments.
Press "Старт/Автоподогрев" button after cooking cycle begins to disable Keep
Warm in advance (audible signal is heard, button indicator goes off). To reacti-
vate the function, repress "Старт/Автоподогрев".
Keep Warm function is not available in "ЙОГУРТ/ТЕСТО" program. The appli-
ance automatically disables Keep Warm function if cooking temperature of
"МУЛЬТИПОВАР" program is set to 75°С or below. To enable the function press
"Старт/Автоподогрев" button after cooking cycle begins.
Reheat Function
The function allows reheating a cold dish up to 60–80°С:
1. Fill cooking bowl with food and position it inside the appliance. Ensure
that the bowl makes full contact with the heating element.
2. Close the lid and plug in the appliance.
3. Press "Отмена/Подогрев" button. Corresponding button indicator and
"Подогрев" indicator on display light up. Reheat time starts to count up
in 1 minute increments. The appliance will warm up and keep the dish
warm for 12 hours. When Reheat time elapses, the appliance disables the
function.
4. To stop reheating repress "Отмена/Подогрев" button. Corresponding but-
ton indicator and "Подогрев" indicator (on display) go off. The appliance
enters standby mode.
To Disable Audible Signals
To disable audible signals in standby mode or during cooking cycle press "Вид
продукта" button. To enable the signals repress the button.
Standard Operating Procedure for Automatic Programs
1. Measure the ingredients according to the recipe and place them inside
the bowl. Do not fill the cooker with foods and liquids above the maximum
fill mark on the inside of the bowl.
2. Position the bowl inside the appliance. Ensure that it makes full contact
with the heating element.
3. Close the lid; turn the lid locking lever into "Закрыт" position (except
"ЖАРКА/ФРИТЮР" program). Plug in the appliance.
4. Press "Меню" button to select cooking program (corresponding indicator
on display starts blinking). If you selected "НА ПАРУ", "СУП", "ТУШЕНИЕ/
ХОЛОДЕЦ", "ВАРКА", "ТОМЛЕНИЕ" or "ЖАРКА/ФРИТЮР" program, use
"Вид продукта" button to select subprogram (corresponding indicator
starts blinking on display).
5. Adjust default cooking time if necessary.
6. Delay the program, change pressure level (pressure cooker mode),or cook-
ing temperature (in "ВЫПЕЧКА", "МАКАРОНЫ", "ЙОГУРТ/ТЕСТО", "ЖАРКА/
ФРИТЮР", "МУЛЬТИПОВАР" programs) if necessary.

Press "Cтарт/Автоподогрев" button. Cooking cycle begins.
Cooking time of all programs in pressure cooker mode and "МАКАРОНЫ"
program (multicooker mode) starts to count down when the appliance reach-
es its required operating pressure and temperature.
8. The appliance produces an audible signal to indicate the end of cooking
cycle. Depending on selected cooking program or current settings, the
appliance either enters standby mode ("Подогрев" indicator lights up on
the display) or switches off. Press "Отмена/Подогрев" button to disable
Keep Warm if necessary.
In the end of pressure cooking cycle press "Сброс давления" button to reduce
the pressure in cooking chamber. "---P" sign is displayed. After audible signal
is heard, turn the lid locking lever into "Открыт" position and open the lid.
To cancel all settings or to interrupt cooking cycle press "Отмена/Подогрев"
("Cancel/Reheat") button.
DO NOT:
- fill cooking bowl with foods and liquids above the maximum fill mark on the
inside of the bowl;
- cook in pressure cooker mode without water or other cooking liquid (at least
2 measuring cups);
- use pressure cooker mode for frying with oil.
To Cook under High Pressure (Pressure Cooker Mode)
"НА ПАРУ" Program
The program is recommended for steaming meat, fish, vegetables, and poultry.
Default cooking time depends on the type of selected product ("МЯСО" ("MEAT")
— 20 minutes, "РЫБА" ("FISH") — 10 minutes, "ПТИЦА" ("POULTRY") — 15 minutes,
"ОВОЩИ" ("VEGETABLES") — 12 minutes). Cooking time can be manually ad-
justed between 5 minutes and 2 hours in 5 minute intervals.
Use steaming container provided to steam foods:
1. Fill the bowl with 300-350 ml of water.
2. Measure and evenly distribute ingredients inside the steaming container.
Place trivet inside the bowl and add steaming container.
3. Follow steps 2-8 of "Standard Operating Procedure for Automatic Programs".
"СУП" Program
The program is recommended for making broths and different soups. Default
cooking time depends on the type of selected product ("МЯСО" — 40 minutes,
"РЫБА" — 25 minutes, "ПТИЦА" — 30 minutes, "ОВОЩИ" — 20 minutes). Cooking
time can be manually adjusted between 10 minutes and 8 hours in 5 minute
intervals.
"ТУШЕНИЕ/ХОЛОДЕЦ" Program
The program is recommended for stewing meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables.
Default cooking time depends on the type of selected product ("МЯСО" — 40
minutes, "РЫБА" — 30 minutes, "ПТИЦА" — 35 minutes, "ОВОЩИ" — 25 minutes).
Cooking time can be manually adjusted between 10 minutes and 12 hours in
5 minute intervals.
"ВАРКА" Program
The program is recommended for boiling meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables.
Default cooking time depends on the type of selected product ("МЯСО" — 40
minutes, "РЫБА" — 25 minutes, "ПТИЦА" — 30 minutes, "ОВОЩИ" — 30 minutes).
Cooking time can be manually adjusted between 5 minutes and 8 hours in
5minute intervals.
"ТОМЛЕНИЕ" Program
The program is recommended for making slow cooked dishes. Default cooking
time depends on the type of selected product ("МЯСО" — 2 hours and 30 minutes,
"РЫБА" — 1 hour and 30 minutes, "ПТИЦА" — 2 hours). Cooking time can be
manually adjusted between 10 minutes and8 hours in 10 minute intervals.
"РИС/КРУПЫ" Program
The program is recommended for cooking rice and other grains. Default cook-
ing time is 15 minutes. Cooking time of the program can be manually adjusted
between 5 minutes and 4 hours in 1minute intervals.
"ДЕТСКОЕ ПИТАНИЕ" Program
The program is recommended for making baby food. Default cooking time is
30 minutes. Cooking time of the program can be manually adjusted between
10 minutes and 12 hours in 5 minute intervals.
"ПЛОВ" Program
The program is recommended for making different types of rice pilafs. Default
cooking time is 40 minutes. Cooking time of the program can be manually
