C. Optional Auto Film Feeder (AFF)
The Auto Film Feeder (AFF) is an optional accessory for the Medi-6000 Plus
digitizer. The AFF only works with X-ray film, allowing to hold up to15 sheets of
the X-ray film automatically at one time. It increases convenience and efficiency
in multiple-sheet-scanning of X-ray film.
Microtek recommends that the digitized images came from the use of this
accessory are intended for the use in primary, secondary and over reading
applications. This device is not to be used for primary image diagnosis
in mammography. Also, it is specifically designed for the trained medical
professionals or staff.
