操 作 環 境 照 明
提 供 一 個 警 示 標 誌 ， 告 知 使 用 者 ： 工 業
用 縫 紉 品 或 是 縫 紉 系 統 必 須 在 該 縫 紉 區
域 未 啟 動 照 明 裝 置 前 ， 禁 止 插 電 或 通
電 ； 照 明 裝 置 的 最 大 輸 入 功 率 應 該 能 夠
輕 易 辨 識 ， 當 照 明 裝 置 被 重 置 或 移 動 的
時 候 ， 警 示 標 誌 也 應 設 置 在 照 明 裝 置 插
座 上 或 是 附 近 。 警 示 標 示 如 圖 所 示 。

操 作 者 條 件
1. 熟 讀 並 了 解 使 用 說 明 書 內 容 。
2. 認 識 機 器 各 部 功 能 及 注 意 事 項 。
3. 了 解 各 警 告 標 籤 之 意 義 。
4. 了 解 熟 悉 機 器 之 操 作 方 式 。
5. 操 作 者 須 保 持 精 神 狀 態 良 好 。
6. 操 作 者 須 穿 著 合 宜 適 當 之 工 作 服 。
7. 視 需 要 培 養 操 作 者 使 用 機 器 之 熟 練 度 。

OPERATION ENVIRONMENT
Provide a warning that an industrial sewing
unit or sewing system must always be
unplugged from the local lighting of the
sewing area before relamping, the marking of
maximum rated input of lamp shall be easily
discernible while the lamp is being replaced
indicated on or near the lamp socket as shown
(Fig.39)

1. Read and understand well the content of
this instruction book.
2. Know the functions of major parts and
understand the notices
3. Truly realize the meanings of all warning
tags
4. Realize and be familiar with how to operate
this machine.
5. Operators have to keep well mental status.
6. Operators shall wear appropriate and
proper working suits.
7. Develop the familiarity of how to operate the
machine if needed.
