50-1250 CUTTING HEAD

TO USE THIS CUTTING HEAD:
1. Loosen the position lock knob.
Using the rotor centering pointer as a guide,

center the cutting head over the rotor.
Tighten position lock knob.
3. Adjust each arm's depth of cut as desired and
then lock each arm with its' lock knob. It is
not necessary to use much force on the tool
arm lock knobs. Finger snug is plenty.
Turn off the lathe to stop the rotor from
spinning and then fit the silencer/deflector
over the rotor, and secure the back end of it
under the lock lever. This will help prevent
it falling away prematurely.
NOTE: Use only Pro-Cut Cutting Tips (50-742 or 50-743). Although other tips will fit the machine, only Pro-Cut tips have been
specifically engineered in tandem with the Pro-Cut lathe. Using a non-Pro-Cut tip may compromise lathe performance and
result in poor surface finish.
