The E7N is in AUTO mode and has received a Run command at TB1-2.
The E7N is not in AUTO mode or has not received a Run command
when in AUTO mode.

The Drive is ready to run or is running (no faults).
The Drive has a fault that will prevent operation.

Auto Transfer to Bypass operation or Remote Transfer to Bypass
operation is active.
Auto or Remote Transfer to Bypass are not active (Auto Transfer may
be disabled by DIP switch S2-1).

A NC damper end switch or other BAS interlock contact at TB1-3 is
open.
This function is disabled by DIP switch S2-8 or a contact closure exists
between terminals TB1-3 and TB1-9.
