Electrical connection

All work on the electrical
connection must be carried out by
Miele, a Miele authorised technician
or a qualified electrician.
– The electrical system must comply
with national regulations.
– Connection to the power supply must
be made via a suitable plug and
socket which conforms to national
regulations and must be accessible
for service and maintenance work
(e.g. electrical safety test) after the
machine has been installed.
– For hard-wired machines, means for
disconnection must be incorporated
in the fixed wiring in accordance with
the wiring rules. Connection should
be made via a suitable mains switch
with all-pole isolation which, when in
the off position, ensures a 3 mm gap
between all open contacts.
– Equipotential bonding should be
carried out if required.
– If replacing the mains connection
cable, use only original Miele
replacement parts or a suitable cable
with core cable ends.
– For technical data see data plate or
wiring diagram supplied.
The commercial dishwasher must only
be operated with the voltage, frequency
and fuse rating shown on the data
plate.
This machine can be converted to a
different type of power supply in
accordance with the conversion
diagram and wiring diagram supplied.
Electrical connection
Converting the machine to a different
type of power supply can lead to
longer programme durations,
resulting in increased energy
consumption.
The values declared on the label will
only be achieved if the machine
remains in the state in which it was
delivered.
The data plates are located at the back
of the commercial dishwasher and
along the right edge of the open door.
The commercial dishwasher is supplied
with a wiring diagram.
The conversion diagram is attached to
the base panel behind the plastic base
cover.
Equipotential bonding connection
There is a screw connection point
marked  at the back of the appliance,
to which additional equipotential
bonding can be connected.
Warning: this machine must be
earthed
The dishwasher can be connected
using a switch or a plug. The installation
must be performed by a suitably
qualified electrician in accordance with
