Video Menu
The TPS-4000L can display balanced and unbalanced composite video and S-video
input supporting both NTSC/PAL formats. Select the Video button from the SETUP
MENU to display the VIDEO screen, shown to the left.
The type of video source signal is specified by selecting Select Input. The
touchpanel can be configured to auto-detect S-video or composite video signals or
can be set to a specific signal type (S-video or composite) from a specific
connection. Select the appropriate input mode. Use either the TP Composite / BNC
Composite or TP S-Video / BNC S-Video buttons to manually control the mode.
TP or BNC on the selected button specifies the video input connector. TP
corresponds to the 6-position mini-terminal block connector (balanced video from a
Crestron Video Distribution Switch, Crestron Room Box, etc.) and BNC
corresponds to the dual 2-position mini-terminal block connectors (unbalanced video
from a VCR, DVD, etc.). Use the appropriate Auto Detect button for automatic
control. The text color of the selected button is red rather than black. Select the
desired mode, and select the Return button to return to the VIDEO screen.
The Show Controls button on the VIDEO screen offers another screen with access
to various parameters. Press a button to adjust the respective parameter. Each
parameter is detailed in the following table. After video parameters have been set,
select the Return button to return to the SETUP MENU.
