Spurgo aria

- Effettuare 2-3 corse complete di salita e discesa, una volta ultimato il montaggio del sollevatore, per completare lo spurgo
dell'aria.
4.13

Livello dell'olio

- Verificare il livello dell'olio a piattaforma totalmente abbassata.
- L'olio deve essere "a filo" con il bocchettone di immissione.
4.14

Registrazioni funi

Con riferimento alla Fig.20:
- Fare scendere la piattaforma (vedere istruzioni d'uso) fino a circa 1' (30 cm) da terra. Posizionare le colonne in modo tale che
le aste asolate siano centrate nella loro sede alle estremità delle traverse.
- Effettuare la messa a piombo delle colonne spessorando dove necessario le piastre di base.
- Fare scendere la piattaforma fino a terra. Per compensare l'allungamento delle funi metalliche sotto carico, agire sui dadi (1)
in modo da ottenere un gioco tra traversa e appoggio sulla colonna come indicato dalla tabella e nel disegno.
- Bloccare con i controdadi a registrazione ultimata.
Questa operazione di registrazione è da ripetere dopo una o due settimane dalla messa in funzione del sollevatore.
4.12 Air bleed
- Once the lift is fully installed, run 2 or 3 full strokes up and down to drain any remaining air.
4.13 Oil level
- Check oil level with the platform fully down.
- Proper oil level is when oil touches the edge of the filler cap.
4.14 How to adjust the cables
Please refer to Fig.20:
- Lower platform (see operating instructions) down to about 1' (30 cm) from the ground. Place the posts so that the slotted bars
are centred in their seats in the cross-bar terminals.
- Set the posts fully vertical. Shim the baseplates if needed.
- Lower the platform to the ground. To compensate for the cables stretching under load, turn nuts (1) until obtaining a clearance
between cross-bar and post holder as shown in the figure.
- After adjusting, lock using the check nuts.
Repeat adjustment one or two weeks after lift installation.
