Verifica delle sicurezze

Al termine del montaggio occorre verificare con attenzione le varie sicurezze installate sul ponte.
a. Verifica funzionamento micro fune lenta
Per verificare il buon funzionamento di FC1-FC4 è necessario porre sotto una traversa un qualsiasi ostacolo durante la fase di
discesa. Se tutto funziona bene il sollevatore si blocca; a questo punto per riuscire a scendere occorre risalire (è l'unica azione
permessa) fino a che non si riesce a rimuovere l'ostacolo; poi si ridiscende.
b. Comandi a uomo presente
Il sollevatore è dotato di un sistema operativo del tipo "uomo presente", le operazioni di salita e di discesa, comandate da pulsanti
sono immediatamente interrotte al rilascio di questi ultimi.

Smontaggio

Per lo smontaggio del ponte ripetere tutte le operazioni fin qui descritte la contrario.
4.20 Check-out of safety devices
Once through with installation, check out all safety devices fitted to lift.
a. Slack cable microswitch testing
To check microswitch FC1-FC4 for proper operation, place an obstacle underneath cross-bar while lift is lowering. If microswitch
is operating properly, it will stop the lift. You will need to raise the lift (this is the only movement enabled) just enough to remove
the obstacle, before you can lower the lift again.
b. Safety spring-back controls
The lift controls are designed to ensure that lift cannot operate when unattended by operator. This means the buttons used to raise
and lower the lift spring back when released, and lift will only keep moving as long as operator keeps buttons depressed.
4.21 Disassemble
Follow the above operations on the reverse order to disassemble the lift.
