12 Disposal

12.1 Environmental protection

Manufacturing process
The products are produced using manufacturing
processes that are optimized in terms of energy
and raw material and simultane-ously allow for
reuse and recycling of the produced waste. We
regularly try to replace polluted raw, auxiliary
and operating materials with environmentally
friendly alternatives.
Prohibited substances
We guarantee that our products do not contain
any substances included in the Chemicals
Prohibition Ordinance. We moreover declare
that our products are free from mercury, lead,
asbestos, PCB and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
No release of hazardous substances
Our products do not contain any hazardous
substances that could be released while they
are used as intended. Normally, you there fore
do not have to fear negative consequences for
the environment.

Tab. 11 on page 88 shows the components
that are basically contained in our products.

Further, the product may not contain any im-
proper foreign substances or foreign components
when it is returned.
Ship the product free to Rexroth Service; see
chapter "Service and Sales" on page 97.
These instructions have been printed on recycled
paper free of chlorine.
