Operation

CAUTION
High torques!
When hand-held nutrunners are used for
performing tightening operations with high
torques, the developing forces may cause
injuries, especially to joints.
Assemble and use a torque support.
NOTICE
Stable tool quality
Recommendation
To ensure stable tool quality, a machine
capability test (MCT) should be carried out
at regular intervals.
The MCT should comply with VDE/
VDI2645 Sheet 2.
Bosch Rexroth Service provides these
services (see page 97).

NOTICE
Damages!
Excessive tightening of the freely rotating
angle plug may lead to damage.
Please observe the angle of turn of the
freely rotating angle plug, see figure F.
The angle of turn has an impact on the service
life of the freely rotating angle plug. The rotary
plugs have undergone fatigue testing for
500,000 rotation cycles with an angle of turn
of
90° from neutral position. At an angle of
±
turn of
150° from neutral position, the
±
service life is reduced to < 100,000 rotation
cycles.
Pulling at the cable may lead to damage.
Use the handling area of the plug.
NOTICE
Perfect quality of the tightening result with
CC-ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunners
Recommendation
For perfect quality of the tightening
result, a MCT (machine capability test)
should be performed for the tightening
case.
The tightening channel, the tightening programs
and tightening applications, etc., are configured
and changed via the operating program of the
tightening system, BS300, BS350 or BS350
CC-ES (until the BS350 standard with V2.400
has been introduced).
