Scope of the documentation

This documentation is applicable to the ErgoSpin
and CC-ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunners.
Tightening operations requiring documentation
according to VDI/VDE 2862 Category A can be
performed using tightening systems which
consist of the ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunner and
the CS351E... compact system or modular
system. Tightening operations requiring
documentation according to VDI/VDE 2862
Category B can be performed using CC tightening
systems which consist of the CC-ErgoSpin hand-
held nutrunner and the CS351E... or CC-
CS351E-D compact system.

This documentation is intended for persons
commissioned with the assembly, commis-
sioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and
disassembly of ErgoSpin or CC-ErgoSpin hand-
held nutrunners and their components.
This documentation contains important infor-
mation on the safe and appropriate assembly,
transportation, commissioning, maintenance,
disassembly and simple troubleshooting of
ErgoSpin or CC-ErgoSpin hand-held nutrunners.
Read this documentation completely, es-
pecially chapter "Safety instructions" before
working with the product.
For safety instructions relating to the
Rexroth tightening systems and other
troubleshooting instructions, please
refer to the software, i.e. the operating
system, e. g. BS350/BS350 CC-ES
(until the BS350 standard with
V2.400 has been introduced
Read this documentation completely and
thoroughly before working with the product.
Keep this documentation in a location where
it is accessible to all users at all times.
Always include the required documentation
when you pass the product on to third parties.
